Chiropractic uses adjustments of the spine (musculoskeletal
system) to alleviate pain (see pain relief)
and improve general health. It restores joint mobility and improves
the nervous system, eg. nerve function to affected tissues and organs.
It is a drug-free, hands-on approach to health care, which includes
patient examination, diagnosis and treatment, therapeutic and rehabilitative
exercises, and nutritional, dietary and lifestyle counseling.
